The Sanjeevan Gramin Vaidyakiya and Samajik Sahayata Pratishthan has been established by the visionary person Shri. V. G. Patil and others in the year 1994 with a view to work in social and educational fields.

This college is established in the year 2002 with view to provide Higher Education facilities to students from remote and interior parts of Vikramgad and around in Palghar district area and to uplift tribal families socially and financially. The college which started with only 65 students has now student-strength more than 750. College management always supports the College administration without interfering daily routine.

The basic infrastructure is adequate for all the faculties. Management tries to provide all the necessary facilities for ICT based teaching, learning and evaluation. Management and college administration provide facilities necessary for holistic development of students.
